Prefabricated Drywall

Prefabricated drywall is our line of ready-made and made-to-measure drywall components, produced on CNC machinery and delivered to site ready to install. Instead of shaping every cove, shelf and light channel by hand on site, you receive finished elements with clean geometry and ready-made corners — and simply fix them in place.

The result is twofold. Straightforward work goes up faster, cleaner and at lower cost. And the ambitious details — recessed light lines, curved walls, floating shelves, suspended ceiling islands — become realistically buildable, because the difficult part has already been solved in the workshop.

Why prefabricated

Fast, simple assembly — elements arrive finished; site work is reduced to fixing and jointing.
Up to 70% less installation time compared with building the same detail by traditional methods.
CNC precision — repeatable geometry, consistent radii, no cumulative errors across a run.
Ready-made corners — no corner beads or edge trims required, so edges stay sharp and true.
Lower overall cost — less labour on site, less waste, fewer reworks.
Fully customisable — any element can be produced to your dimensions and drawings.
What we supply

LED carrier profiles — flat and recessed profiles with an aluminium heat-sink and an opal polycarbonate diffuser, plus matching T, X and L junction pieces for continuous light lines. Available in standard board, water-repellent board for bathrooms and wet rooms, MDF-reinforced board for high-traffic areas, and Glasroc board for exterior use.

Indirect light profiles — pre-glued cove profiles in four configurations for concealed perimeter and ceiling lighting.

Self-supporting shelves — closed-sided drywall shelves with internal MDF reinforcement, in four heights and lengths up to 200 cm, with or without an integrated LED channel. Also available in impact-resistant Knauf Diamant board.

Drywall modules — open box modules with the front height and depth of your choice, for shelving walls, niches and media units. Standard, LED and high-performance versions.

Furniture preforms — “L” and “U” profiles, two- and three-step preforms and 90° curved preforms for beams, bulkheads and stepped ceiling details.

3D elements — square suspended ceiling elements from 30 × 30 to 100 × 100 cm, supplied glued and ready to hang, with either a flush or a shadow-gap edge.

Drywall columns — quarter columns and semi-columns from R 10 to R 70 cm, supplied glued and ready to fix. Knauf Diamant for interiors, Giproc Glasroc for exteriors and balconies.

Self-supporting slats — U-shaped ceiling and soffit channels, with or without a shadow gap.

Vertebra flexible panels — grooved 100 × 200 cm boards, cut every 5 cm or every 0.6 cm, for free-form curved walls and ceilings.

Ventilation hatches — water-repellent drywall hatches in an aluminium frame with a click-clack mechanism, safety hooks and a removable cover, from 20 × 20 to 60 × 60 cm.

Materials

We work with standard 12.5 mm board, water-repellent board, 9.5 mm board bonded to 3 mm MDF, impact-resistant Knauf Diamant and Giproc Glasroc for exterior applications — selected to suit the location, the loads and the exposure of each element.

Light sources are not included, so you remain free to specify your own LED strips and drivers.

Made to measure

Everything in the range can be adapted. Send us your dimensions, sections or drawings and we will produce the elements to fit — including profiles, radii and modules that are not in the standard catalogue.

Who it’s for

Drywall contractors, fit-out companies, interior designers and architects working on offices, retail spaces, hospitality interiors and private homes — anywhere the detailing needs to be precise and the programme is tight.
